How to cancel classes

Step 1- Go to the swim calendar

Step 2- Without selecting a student, click on a class block.

In the top right hand corner of the class you will notice a blue "mark this class as cancelled" button.

Click this button to cancel the selected class.

Once the class has been cancelled it will appear as grey on the calendar.

A class credit will automatically be applied to any student currently enrolled in that class when the class has been cancelled.

This credit will automatically be applied to their next payment.
