How to set up classes


1.    Under  Manage, click on Add Class

2.    Scroll down and go to Classes

3.    Tick on the desired days of the week and set the time

4.    Choose the class from the list of levels 

5.    Tick on the desired class then choose the Area/Lane, Maximum students allowed and the Teacher

6.    Click Save



How to edit existing classes


1.    Under  Manage, click on Add Class

2.    Under Edit Class,  Choose the class from the list of levels that you want to edit

3.     Click Edit,  then when done, click Save



How to change a class teacher


1.    Under  Manage, click on Add Class

2.    Under Edit Class,  Choose the class from the list of levels that you want to edit

3.     Click Edit, click the teacher tab

4.    After changing the teacher, click Save


How to access the swim calendar


Under Manage, click on Calendar  


Filtering classes in the swim calendar


1.    Under Manage, click on Calendar  

2.    Enter the  Level then choose the desired class


How to locate a student in the swim calendar


1.    Under Manage, click on Calendar  

2.    Enter the name of the student  in the box 



How to book the student in the class


1.    Under Manage, click on Calendar  

2.    Enter the name of the student  in the box 

3.    Once you found the student, tick on “Show classes which area open”

4.    Click the class you want to book the student in

5.    Tick on Add-in class, then Submit


How to book a make - up lesson


1.    Under Manage, click on Calendar  

2.    Enter the name of the student  in the box 

3.    Once you found the student, tick on “Show classes which area open”

4.    Click the class you want to book the student in

5.    Tick on Make-up,  then Submit



How to change a students class


1.    Under Manage, click on Calendar  

2.    Enter the name of the student  in the box 

3.    Once you found the student, tick on “Show classes which area open”

4.    Click the class where the student is already booked

5.    A pop will show as seen below. You may Yes to change the student’s class
