How to re-set student progression (For accidental progression)



There may be cases where you have accidentally progressed a student from a level when they should not have been.


You can reverse a progression on SwimDesk by going to the student's profile (search the student and click on their name).


Within the profile, you will see a reset progression button next to the assessment heading on the right of the profile.




If you click on this button it will "un-progress" the child so you will have the option to assess them again.


Please note, the reset button is only available for 7 days after an assessment takes place.


If it has been more than 7 days you will need to contact customer support at support@greenedesk.com  to have the progression reset.
