When your management system data syncs with SwimDesk the system needs to know when to file the data correctly.
This means it is important that your level names in SwimDesk exactly match your level names in your management system data.
Even if there is one letter or a space different, the system will not be able to file the data correctly.
The system will prompt you when you upload and there are levels that are in your data but don't have matching levels in SwimDesk. In the upload phases, it will allow you to match levels in your data with similar levels that are set up in SwimDesk. However, the problem with this approach is that you need to match the levels in your data every time your data is synced.
The permanent solution to this issue is to change your level names/add level names to ensure all levels in your data are represented.
You can do this via the settings in set up.
Here you can edit existing levels to match the exact wording in your management system data.

Add complete new levels by using the add level field at the bottom.
