There may be occasions where parents misplace their SwimDesk password. In such cases we encourage them to use the "forgot password" feature on the parent portal login page.


However, if a parent is having trouble, you may wish to look up the password for them.


You can do this via the student profile page. To go to a students profile, first search the student, then click on their name.


On the student profile page, their is a show password button at the top.



Before you can proceed it will ask you to verify your own password (This is your own password you use to login into SwimDesk).



This will show the username of the parent with the password blanked out.



You can then click the reset password button to assign the parent a new temporary password that they can use to login in. Once the parent has logged in again, they may wish to update their password to a new personalised one.
