Parents will often reply to the assessment emails sent via SwimDesk. Therefore it is useful to set up a designated "reply email" so these replies come to the one place. Often this will be a specific swim school email such as swimschool@centrename.com
To add a "reply email" to your SwimDesk system, you must go to the edit facility menu option (Found exclusively in the manager admin level login)
If you do not have access to an admin levelo login please contact SwimDesk support via support@greenedesk.com
To add or update your reply to email, please use the reply to email field.
Note: If you leave the reply to email field blank, the system will automatically default the reply email as the "facility email" (this is the one that is used for your embedded email fields).
