Data Sync Troubleshooting
If you find your classes are not matching your management system this could be due to a data sync issue.
If your classes are not up to date go to your reports menu and check the upload report.
When you view the upload report It will be red or green.
Green means that everything is flowing correctly.
Red means that an error has occurred that needs fixing.
If there is an error, further details will be provided which allow you to diagnose and fix the problem.
A common issue is a level matching issue. For example, your wording for the level in SwimDesk may be slightly different than the data in your management system. If this is the case you must adjust the level settings in SwimDesk to match the exact wording in your management system.
Another common error is missing levels. If levels are missing completely you can again add them in via the set up section in settings.
To add a new level simply follow the prompts in the set-up section and press save.
