General Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble using a feature of our software this may be due to browser compatibility.

We endeavour to make our software cross browser compatible and generally most browsers should have near perfect compatibility however if a feature is not working for you the first trouble shooting tip is to try a different browser.

Google chrome and Safarai typically have the best compatibility.

If you are using an older version of IE or Firefox these may cause issues so we recommend updating to Google chrome if possible.
