A number of users have flagged a disconnection between supervisors (TIC) and in pool teachers in regards to student progress.

The suggestion was made to add an option to print a class that includes the student’s current competency results. This would allow teachers to view supervisor assessment information for their students more easily if the teachers were not using a device.

The option to print classes is available on the class list

To print off class lists simply select the classes you would like to print from the print column within the class list and press the print button at the top of your screen. 

You can also select all by clicking the tick box at the top of the print column to bulk print classes for the entire day.

When you click the print button you will be provided with several format options.

You can select from the following options

Attendance- Do you want to be able to mark attendance on the print out

Add 2 empty spaces- This is useful for adding to class lists if changes are made after printing

Sort by teachers- This groups the pages into teachers so you can give each teacher their own class lists

One class per page- Has more detail but waste more paper

Multi class per page- Less detail however fits 2-3 classes per page- Recommended

Once you have selected an options above, a pdf will be created which you can print.

You can also print a single class from within the class list
