Swim Desk’s non assessment report is an outstanding tool to help your centre track which students are due for an assessment. 

Often students slip through the cracks and go without assessment for several months which can lead to frustration on behalf of the parent. The non-assessment report provides you with a list of students that have not had an assessment for a given time period. You can select the time period by selecting the dates at the top of the report.

There is also an option to export this report to excel or pdf which is useful if you need to print a hard copy. 

The non-assessment report also has a book appointment option allowing you to schedule students without an assessment for the select period for an assessment in their next class. This helps ensure students no longer slip through the cracks and get the support they need.
