Completing assessments from the student profile
In addition to the class view, assessment can be conducted for students through their profile. By clicking on the evaluate button, the assessment process can be completed as explained earlier.
Other features within the student profile include a parent’s password look up feature, a history feature which lists a complete history of classes and competencies, a health condition summary and a note summary.
Student assessment history
Each student profile contains an assessment history summary. The assessment history summary lists every assessment completed by the child during their time enrolled in your program, who did the assessment and the outcome. This feature can be useful for reviewing
Show password
The show password feature allows you to retrieve a parents password if they have forgotten or misplaced their password. To retrieve the password click the show password button. You will be prompted to enter your own password as a security check. Once entered the password of the parent will be displayed on the screen.
View History
The view history feature summaries all previous levels and the skills a child has successfully acquired throughout those past levels.
Add Health Condition
Understanding specific health conditions a child has can be important when assessing performance. You can add various health conditions to a child's profile by using the add health condition button. The health conditions you apply to a child will be shown on the student profile as well as the class view.
Engagement History
A summary of all notes recorded on a students profile will be found in the engagement history section.
Student assessment history
Each student profile contains an assessment history summary. The assessment history summary lists every assessment completed by the child during their time enrolled in your program, who did the assessment and the outcome. This feature can be useful for reviewing when the student was last assessed and how frequently they have been assessed.
The student profile also contains a current competency summary which lists the achievement ratings for the competencies within the level. This information provides an understanding of how the student is currently progressing within the level.
