After completing the assessment you will automatically be promoted to send an assessment email update to the parent. The assessment email template will inform the parent that an assessment had taken place and the outcome. The email includes embedded data fields such as the parents and child’s name making it feel personal as well as image header and footer which makes the email look professional.

The header and footer images are uploaded as part of the set up process for Swim Desk.

If you wish to send an assessment email to the parent after completing an assessment make sure you select yet when the assessment email prompt appears.

An assessment email can be sent for both progressed students and non-progressed students.

If the child has progressed, the email will automatically attach a progression certificate to the email. The email will also include details about the systems online parent portal where the parent can log on to see more specific information about their child’s progression, including the competencies they have achieved, and any notes from the teacher.

The assessment email feature of Swim Desk can transform your clubs ability to communicate with parents.
