In the FitDesk workout creator there is no direct way to archive old workout programs.


However, the day functionality can be used to indirectly archive workout programs


To add a new day into the workout program you can click the plus button seen on the bottom right hand side of the workout creator page.


You can also use the Day name to name the day. Eg. June 2018.


In the example above we have added a new program in Feb 2019 which is placed below the original program. When a member logs into their account this will show the June 2018 program first as the day listed first will always appear first in their members account. The member would then have to scroll through the days to select their current program.


The solution to this is to move the current workout program to the top of the list by using the drag and drop functionality.



By placing the most current workout program day first, this will ensure that this will appear first in the members portal.


NOTE- This strategy is only relevant when doing single day- full body programs. It also is not valid if you are using the template functionality.
