Re-selling to a previously closed lead is a 3-step process:

  • Search for the lead by selecting the relevant contact method (walk-in or phone).
  • Confirm and update the customers record and preferences.
  • Closing the sale.

 

Step 1: Conduct a search by contact method.


Click on the relevant contact method for your current enquiry.



Select the relevant product offering, such as: ‘Fitness’.



If the question ‘Have you ever been a member of this facility before’ is answered ‘Yes’ an email and mobile search fields will be revealed.



Conduct a search for a previously closed member by entering an email address OR mobile number and click the ‘Search’ button.



Select the client profile by clicking on the bullet point in the first column of the report of matching client profile and then click the ‘Select’ button.



Step 2: Update preferences & confirm details.

The member profile will be revealed for you to update the details normally captured relevant to the contact method.  Edit the current selection as required to update the returning client’s preferences and details.  Please ensure that the lead owner and product details are correct for the current sale transaction.




Once the returning members preferences and details have been confirmed, click the ‘Save & Exit’ button at the bottom of their profile.


Step 3: Closing the sale.

Using the stage menu, select ‘Close’.



If necessary, update the ‘Be Back’ tick box if and select the ‘Update’ button to finalise the process.



The re-selling process had been successfully converted, click the ‘Ok’ button to acknowledge & click on the ‘Book Appointment’ button to create a health club booking for the returning member.
