Burst SMS Billing
The following article explains how to manage your Burst SMS account billing including options for auto billing.
Step 1 - Log into your burst SMS account
If you don't have log in details please contact support@greenedesk.com
Step 2 - Click on the billing tab
Once you have logged into your account, click on the billing tab seen at the top of your account.
Within the billing tab, add a credit card by clicking the add card option.
Step 3-Once your card is set up you can then apply the credit to your account.
Step 4-We highly recommend setting up an auto re-charge option to ensure there are no disruptions in your service.
This can be done by using the auto credit re-charge drop down.
You may also need to adjust the re-charge threshold.
