Multi Sites- Linking multiple logins


Using GreeneDesk's multi site, multi user feature, your facility can easily link accounts across different locations, modules and user types.


Here are some examples where this feature can be useful


Multiple locations- Trainer A works at Location X and Location Y. These logins can be linked so trainer A only needs to remember a single login to access their account for both locations


Multiple user types- Ben is a Fitness director at a health club, he also does shifts on the gym floor. Using the multi user feature, Ben can have a single login where he can access both of his account types.


Multiple modules- A centre manager at a facility has a SwimDesk management account as well as a SalesDesk management account. He can have a single login with each of these account types linked.


When accounts have been linked, when you first log in you will be presented with tiles which represent all of your login types. You can log into your desired profile by clicking the green login button.



If you wish to remove a linked account you can do so by using the red remove button.


How to link current accounts



In the main menu of each login is an option called Add/Switch account



To link accounts together, enter the username and password of the second account into the spaces provided for username and password


This will prompt you to enter an authorisation code. (Send via email or text)- If your account has no email or mobile registered you will not be able to receive the authorisation code.


To update your email or mobile number in your accounts go to the profile link in the top right hand corner of the home screen.


After receiving the authorisation code, enter this into the space provided to complete the linking of accounts
