Once within the workout day builder, you will notice that the left side of the screen is for browsing and selecting exercises whilst the right side of the screen is for building the workout.

There is a favourites section which highlights your most commonly prescribed exercises.

Below the favourites is the pick exercise section. Here you can browse all the exercises available under a body part as well as use the search feature to search exercise by key word.

Simply click on an exercise to select it and add it onto the board on the right side of the screen.

Once you have selected all of your exercises you can start to manipulate the workout variables including sets, reps and rest.

All exercises will start with 3 sets of 10 reps.

You may wish to change all exercises to a certain number of sets and reps. You can do this by using the apply to all feature.

For example, you may wish to create a program more focused on strength development with lower reps. You could change the reps to 6 and the sets to 2 and press the apply to all feature.

You can also apply changes to specific exercises by clicking the edit pencil on the exercise. You can use this to edit that exercise individually including applying pyramiding.

You may wish to add notes to an exercise such as technique tips and instructions. You can do this by clicking on the add note text underneath each exercise.

You may also wish to change the order of your exercises. This is done via a simple drag and drop functionality. Simply click the three dots on the left side of an exercise and drag the exercise to the position you desire.

You can also use the + Notes feature to add a notes block/s into your workout. Notes blocks can be used to write detailed notes and be used for grouping exercises into supersets.
