We recommend the following SMS triggers for optimising your health club appointments.


Appointment reminder- Set to go out 24 hours before the scheduled appointment (Typically at a set time the day before, eg. 2 pm)


No show notification- After an appointment has been set as no-show this will send an SMS to re-engage the member. 


Cancellation notification- After an appointment has been set as cancelled this will send an SMS to re-engage the member. 


Re-assessment reminder- This will go out after a certain time frame since the members first appointment. Eg- 6 weeks.
