You can change an existing booking on the FitDesk calendar by clicking on an existing appointment block.


This will bring up some appointment options to choose from.



The option will include reschedule, cancel or delete.


Reschedule- This option is ideally used when a member wishes to change the time of an existing booking. This will then be tracked in reporting as a rescheduled appointment.


Cancel- This option is ideally used when a member calls and confirms they cannot attend the appointment and no re-scheduled time is committed.


Delete- This option is ideally used when you have made an error or you are perhaps testing a booking.
