The FitDesk booking system is a powerful tool for managing health club bookings.


The calendar can be accessed via the side menu panel on the left of your login.


In the calendars menu, there are typically two options- Gym calendar and My calendar



Gym calendar displays all bookings for the entire health club whilst my calendar displays your own availability and bookings.


There is also a "front desk" login that allows reception staff to make bookings.


The calendar is displayed in a weekly view from Monday to Sunday. 



The green previous and next buttons at the top of the calendar allow you to skip to past of future weeks.



There is also the option of switching to day view if you wish to view days one at a time.


On the calendar, you will notice a grey shading which stands out from the white background.


The grey shading represents the trainer availability. The trainer availability is based on the roster that gym managers can enter via the settings interface.


By hovering over the grey shading it will display which trainers are available. By hovering over an appointment square it will display the details of the appointment including the member, trainer, time and type of appointment.


You can attach notes to the appointment at the point of booking. These notes are displayed as a little speech bubble that you can hover over to read the note.



The appointment squares are colour coded which means a specific appointment type will have a specific colour. Eg. Fitness consultation=Blue.


You may choose your colour coding options in the appointment settings.


When the grey sharding is red this means all availability has been taken for that time slot. In instances where multiple trainers are available within the same time slot, you will notice that the side of the time slot will still be grey despite an appointment already existing. This means that another trainer is still available during that time.
