FitDesk Champion
It is important to have a "system champion" on your team who is the go-to person for how to use GreeneDesk. Ensure you identify who your designated system champion will be before launch. Ensure other team members are aware as to who is the 'go to champion" at your centre.

It is important to have a vital few KPI's to measure your centres performance when using FitDesk.
Number of new members to complete induction
% of members to complete at least 3 induction appointments
Occupancy rates
It is important to have KPI's for each individual trainer so they can understand how they are performing and how they can improve.
Website Integration
You may wish to integrate the member portal login to your website. If so, please speak to your account manager to get the "code snippet" to embed on your site.
Using the knowledge base
The FitDesk knowledge base is available within your FitDesk login. The knowledge base contains a number of articles and "how to's" on using FitDesk. If you get stuck, please refer to the knowledge base as this will likely help solve your issue.

HTML emails
You may wish to include some HTML content in your email automation for members. This may include things like social media links etc. The email templates feature in FitDesk is HTML enabled. If you provide an HTML design and paste it into the template section, the HTML will be represented in the email.
Workout templates
Workout templates are a good time-saving tool. You can create a handful of templates that trainers can use to assign to members or manipulate to create a custom program. You may wish to allow trainers to create their own templates or the template creator can be restricted to the administrator level.
Onboarding and retention plan
Your centres onboarding and retention plan is a key part of your FitDesk setup. Please consult with your account manager to access proven templates, automation and touch point plans.
Leveraging SMS
We have found SMS to be a powerful tool for appointment reminders and various milestones or notifications. We have a number of prefered suppliers when it comes to SMS. If you would like to set SMS up for your centre please email support@greenedesk.com
Management System Integration
Integration of FitDesk with your centre management system can be desirable. Please speak to your account manager to explore available integration options.
Onboarding/Training new staff
To ensure system skill remains at a high level encourage new team members to review the knowledge base as well as training videos provided.
