Setting follow up actions

To set up follow up actions go to the actions section of your settings menu.

Click the Add Action rules button to create a new follow up action rule. You will be prompted to define the mode of follow up, the trigger for the action and the time frame.

Once a follow up action rule has been established you have the ability to enable or disable the rule at any time you wish.
