The GreeneDesk Fitness “Follow up Actions” schedule determines when calls are automatically scheduled, when emails are automatically sent to prospects, the content of those emails and for which events SMS reminders are sent.


The purpose of follow up is to help answer any outstanding questions or objections that the lead has to joining the centre. Research studies have demonstrated that consistent follow up after a sales presentation can increase sales conversion by as much as 30%.



Upcoming Actions


Within the action section you will see a section for todays and upcoming actions. The upcoming action section highlights the leads name, the action that is due for completion, the date the action is due for completion, and the lead owner.
These actions can be processed on the spot by clicking the relevant take action button. If the action is a phone call for example the sales consultant will make the phone call and record the outcome of the phone call via the phone button.
The action will be removed from the action list as soon as it has been processed.


NOTE: The upcoming action feature will only show actions relevant for the specific sales consultant. A sales manager will be able to see all upcoming actions for all the facilities sales consultants.



Overdue Actions


Actions that fail to be processed by the sales consultant on their due date automatically fall into the overdue actions section. This is designed to ensure no actions slip through the cracks.




All follow up actions can be set up via the action rules section in your settings menu.
