Be Back Sales
Often prospects will be sold immediately after the completion of a tour and sales presentation however there will be cases where prospects will indicate they want to join and will be back to complete their membership form in a few days. It is important to track your be back opportunities because these prospects represent the most highly qualified opportunities.
You can track your be back sale opportunities by selecting the be back option found under the sales panel in each leads profile. This will mark the lead as a be back opportunity which allows your sales consultants to more easily identify these opportunities for follow up.
Closing the sale
When a lead has decided they are ready to join your club you can close the sale by converting the lead into a member. To close the sale, click on the close sale option within the leads profile.
After you convert the lead to a member the system will automatically prompt you to book the member in for their first induction appointment.
