Trial Passes

The GreeneDesk sales system allows your club to easily track trial passes for prospective members. Trial passes are a great way to allow prospects to “try before they buy” as it gives them the opportunity to trial the facilities before making a commitment.

To set up a trial pass for a lead go to the edit details section within the leads profile. You will notice a tick box option called trial pass. To set up a trial pass for a lead check the trial pass option. This will allow you to enter a trial start and end date.

Tracking trial passes

You can easily track the status of all your prospects using trial passes via the leads menu within GreeneDesk sales. Using the filter you may choose between current or expired trial passes. The expired trial passes list allows you to identify leads whose trial passes have expired so you can quickly follow them up to convert them to members.
