Lead actions can be completed by selecting an option from the action drop down menu.


Available actions include:
Email
Phone
SMS
Appointment
Not Interested



Action- Sending an email


The email action allows sales consultants to send an email message to a specific lead. The email may be a follow up email after the sales tour or a check in to see if they have any further questions about the facility.
Follow up emails for leads can also be automated via the GreeneDesk sales system which ensures your follow up always gets actioned. We will explore how to use the automated email feature later in this user manual.



Action- Phone call


Sales consultants can track all follow up phone calls made and their outcomes via the phone call action option. After selecting the phone option from the action drop down menu a phone call tracking feature will open. You will have the ability to choose an outcome option for the call including, did not answer, left a voice mail and spoke to the person. You can also leave a detailed note about outcomes from the phone call which you can use as a future reference.
There is also an option to reschedule the call for another time/date in the case you were not able to reach the prospect. Choosing this option will re-schedule the call in the follow up actions list so you can be sure it won’t slip your mind in the future.



Action- Not interested


The not interested action allows consultants to record when a lead is not interested in joining the facility. The consultant can also record a reason why the lead is not interested which is useful data when reviewing your clubs sales and marketing strategy. When a lead is marked as not interested they are removed from the lead list.
