Managing Leads


Managing leads that have come into your sales funnel can be done via the leads section of your menu. The leads section provides lists of all the active leads within the facility.
A date filter is available to filter leads that have been acquired within a specific time frame. There is also the option to sort your leads by status. For example- You can generate a list of leads that have completed a sales tour but are yet to join the club. There is even the option to filter leads by lead source which can be handy for tracking the outcomes of various marketing campaigns.




Each lead list shows the leads first and last name, phone number, the date they were added, the sales consultant responsible for that lead and an action section to record all actions taken with a lead.


The actions section is where sales consultants will spend the majority of their time as they aim to move warm leads towards a sale.
