All leads collected via the various capture methods will ideally be booked in for a tour of the club. This provides the sales person the opportunity to identify the needs of the prospect and close the sale.

The calendar can be used by front desk staff to quickly locate member’s appointment times.



Appointment Outcomes


Sales consultants can record the outcomes of their sales appointments by simply clicking on each appointment. This will bring up an outcome box with options to record an outcome such as completed, cancelled or no show.
Recording appointment outcomes is important because it allows you to effectively measure the number of enquiries that turn into completed appointments and the number of completed appointments that turn into sales. We call this the sales conversion rate.



Sales Tour Consultation


During the sales tour process the sales consultant will often gather information about the prospect that can help them address their needs when suggesting suitable services available at the facility. The information gathered includes the prospects goals, past experience and preferences. It is important to record this information for future reference.
To complete a sales tour consultation with a new lead you can click on the +consultation button under the members name in the upcoming appointments section. This will open up the sales consultation questionnaire with the members basic information pre populated.
