If a parent prefers to fill out their child’s enrolment information on computer you can send
them an online link to the enrolment forms. To do this, select the quick sign up option from
your main dashboard.


If the parent is an existing member at your leisure facility, you can search for their details by
using the search parent option. If they are not on the database select add parent and fill in
their basic details.


After the necessary fields are filled in you can send the parent the online enrolment forms by
selecting the send enrolment forms button. The enrolment link will be sent to the parents
nominated email and all information entered by the parent in the form will automatically be
entered into your database.



There may be cases where you may wish to assist each parent with completing the
enrolment. (The parent is not comfortable with computers for example).


To assist a parent with filling in the enrolment form go to full enrolment and follow the
prompts.
