GreeneDesk Kiosk Photo Capture


The kiosk photo capture has been designed to help trainers identify members who they are responsible for supporting and engaging. Ideally each new member should have their photo captured as part of the fitness induction process. Instructions for using this feature have been outlined below.


Step 1
Log in as a member and click the small picture box in the upper right hand corner of the profile.


This will activate the kiosk photo capture function.



Step 2

A pop up box will emerge and you may be prompted with a message that says an application wants to use your camera. Click the allow button to turn on the camera.




Step 3

Once the camera has been activated, the member will be able to see themselves on the screen. When ready click the “take picture” button to take the profile picture. If the member is satisfied with the picture you can click the green “save picture” button.



Step 4

After you take the profile picture an alert message will appear saying that the image has been successfully saved. Select OK and then close the photo capture pop up box to return to the members login screen. The profile image will now be linked to the member profile.
