The GreeneDesk phone call report allows your health club to track phone calls made by your gym instructors or front desk staff.


A phone call can be tracked by clicking the phone call symbol on a member’s profile.



The phone call summary report can be found within the reporting menu for management and fitness director logins. The report allows you to select a date range and will display the number of phone calls recorded for each staff member.



This report has been designed to assist management with tracking phone calls for retention follow up and can be useful for keeping gym team members accountable.
