Re-assessment due filter


The re-assessment due filter is a tool to help your club identify members who are due for re-assessment (have not had an appointment for a specific set of time).


The re-assessment due filter can be found within the appointment summary section of your reporting menu.


To generate a list of members with no appointment for a defined period you must first select the time period that you wish to use for the report. If you want to only include members who have joined your facility this year you would set the “member signed up since” date filter to January 1st 2013. Next, select the option called “Members with no appointments” and select your desired time period. This may be any time period you want however

we typically recommend that members undergo re-assessment at least every 90 days.


The report will provide you with a list of all members who joined within your selected time frame and who have not had an appointment for the last 90 days (or whatever day range selected). The report includes integration into the GreeneDesk messaging centre so you can send a bulk email or SMS “re-assessment reminder” to this list of members.
