Setting automated communication rules


Once you have established a communication template that you would like to send
 you must set up action rules to send these communications. 


To do this, go to the edit action section.



Within the edit action section, select the mode as an “auto email” or “auto SMS” and
select the appropriate variables such as time and trigger. 


The final step is linking the correct communication template to the rule through the template drop down.


Once the action is set, these auto communications will be sent to members whenever the established rule criteria is met.


Please note that you can turn existing rules on and off whenever you like via the edit action section.


By combining the features of follow up scheduling and automated follow up, your club can set a comprehensive retention plan that ensures each member receives ongoing support, guidance and encouragement.
