Engagement Report

The Greene Desk trainer load response report highlights the performance of each gym instructor within your facility.

The report details the number of members, active members, required responses and average response time for each gym instructor.

A required response represents a message from a member. Each trainer is linked to the members they evaluate in the health evaluation; therefore any messages sent by a member will be directed to their designated trainer.

It is expected that each instructor replies to a member’s message within a reasonable period of time and this can be monitored through the average response time metric.

There may be instances where a member replies to a trainers message and a reply to that message is not relevant.

Example- Message from member- Thanks for your help!

In such an event instruct your gym instructors to mark these messages as followed up. This will ensure that the message is considered as being responded to.

The final column in the repose report is Average Open Aging (Days). This metric tracks any messages that have not been replied to or marked as followed up by a trainer. Ideally each trainer should have an average open aging day score of 0, which means there are no messages waiting to be replied to or marked off.
