Operational Lists
The operation lists within the metrics section of GreeneDesk provide information relating to appointment completion.
The metric lists available in the operational section are outlined below.
No Appointment- This lists all members who have never received an appointment but are on the GreeneDesk database.
No health evaluation fixed- The no health evaluation fixed list show members who have not completed a health evaluation (Initial appointment). As an initial appointment is vital to a member’s success this is an important list to track.
No exercise demonstration fixed- The no exercise demonstration fixed list shows member who have completed their first appointment however have not had a follow up exercise demonstration.
No follow up appointment fixed- The no follow up appointment fixed list shows a list of members who have had initial appointments however have never had any form of follow up appointment.
No reassessment for 60 days- The no re-assessment for 60 days report lists every member in the facility who has not had an assessment or some form of appointment within the last 60 days.
No reassessment for 90 days- The no re-assessment for 90 days report lists every member in the facility who has not had an assessment or some form of appointment within the last 90 days.
