The retention lists include key metrics related to member retention.
These list types are outlined below:
No messages sent- Past 30 days: A list of members who have not received a message from the facility or their trainer through GreeneDesk in the past 30 days.
Ideally new members should receive some form of email follow up once a month for at least the first 3 months of their membership. The no message sent- Past 30 days list allows you to quickly identify members who have not received contact for a 30 day period.
No appointments fixed- Past 30 days: A list of members who have not completed an appointment in the facility in the past 30 days.
No workouts attached: A list of members who have not had a workout program assigned or written for them.
No Workouts in the First 2 Weeks: A List of members who have not done a workout in the first two weeks. This is a vital list for retention as if a member has not completed a workout within two weeks after their initial induction it is highly unlikely they will build enough momentum to develop the habit of regular exercise.
Less than 2 workouts in the first 2 weeks: List of members who have been assigned a workout, but have not started to workout using GreeneDesk Fitness.
Critical: A list of critical members calculated based on the system algorithms.
Been Active but have not worked out in the past 2 weeks: List of members who have poor attendance.
