After the completion of the exercise demonstration it is important to enter the members starting weights for each exercise to provide them with a reference for next time they come in to the club to workout.

Click the track workout button on the member’s login to enter the starting weights. The member will also use this section to update and track their weights each session.

At this point it is important to explain to the member the benefits of tracking their workout results.

Below is an example of a statement you can use to explain the benefits of using GreenDesk Fitness to track workouts.

“The GreeneDesk Fitness System allows you to track your workout results which allows me to more carefully monitor your progress and make any program adjustments when necessary.”

The track workout section will display all exercises in the members exercise program and includes spaces to input the weight for each set. As members will often do the same weight for all of their sets an AUTO FILL feature will automatically fill the remaining input boxes with the same weight as entered into the first input box for that exercise.

This has been designed to make the feedback process quick and easy for the member. If all sets are not the exact same weight than simply adjust the remaining sets accordingly.

In addition to tracking weights for each exercise the track workout section allows you to add and remove sets, change or remove exercises and record seat settings for machines.

Please note that after the starting weights have been entered during a members exercise demonstration session the member only needs to update any changes to their weights for each exercise.

If the workout the member completes in their second session is completed with the exact same weights as their first session they simply need to click save and exit to record the session on that date.

A member can review all of their workout results by clicking on the Training Diary link. Each session recorded on the system will be found on this page and can be edited at any time in the future.
