The Fit Desk member’s kiosk allows gym members to view, print and track their exercise program.


Each member will receive a confirmation email when they are first set up on the GreeneDesk system that contains their username and password. If a member has forgotten their username and password you can retrieve this information from their member profile page on their behalf.
 

It is important that each new member receives a short induction on how to use the kiosk system to track their exercise history.


Much has been made about the power of members tracking their exercise and its impact on member retention however if a new member does not receive instructions on how to use the GreeneDesk kiosk it is unlikely they will use the system to its full capacity.
