The workout history section on the member profile allows you to review every workout recorded by a member.

This section can be useful to see a member’s progress during a re-assessment and as a way to check up on a member from time to time.

To view a members workout history first locate the member and click on the workout history link on the members menu bar.

Within the workout history page you will see each workout the member has completed with the date, program name, workout number, if feedback was entered, the number of rest days between sessions and any cardio completed.

To view the entire workout for a specific date including sets, reps and recorded weights click on the date.

You will notice within a workout in the workout history section that each exercise has a column for recommended reps and weight and actual reps and weight. The recommended reps represent what you as a trainer have recommended for the member and the actual reps show what the member actually recorded for the session. The recommended weights represent the weight the member did for that exercise in their last training session and the actual weight is the weight they recorded for the workout you are reviewing.

Please note- If a member changes the actual reps in their program the next time they access their workout the reps will still be recommended reps originally prescribed to their workout. The program has been structured this way to avoid issues of liability.

The member’s actual weights however will adapt each session based on the members input. (The weights the member entered in for a training session will be presented on the workout in the members next training session.
