All the information you record during the health evaluation process can be found within in the Evaluation Details menu on the member profile. From here you can view, edit and update key information about the member at any time in the future.
Re-evaluations
To complete a re-evaluation of the members health and wellness or to simply update member information please click on the evaluation details menu on the member profile. You will notice that each section has an edit button in the top right hand corner of the section box. Click on the edit button to add new information to the profile.
All notes are time stamped to assist in keeping track of when that piece of information was recorded.

Leave detailed notes on key subjects like goals and health conditions
You do not have to fill in every section. You may leave fields blank or skip sections if they do not relate to a member.
